Shipping policy
All our online orders will be shipped via third party courier partners like Xpressbee, Delhivery, Ekart. If your area is not serviceable with any of the said couriers, do intimate us with your order number and we will get in touch with you.
We work to deliver as early as possible with best courier partners. Most of the orders gets delivered in 2 to 4 working days for South India and 2 to 7 days for North India. But as we send through third party courier services, we are not in control of the parcel once it goes out. Rarely there may be unexpected delay which we may experience due to unavoidable reason from courier partner. However our customer is important to us. If the delivery crosses 12 days (for South India) and 15 days(for North India) from the date of dispatch, we resend the order or make 100% refund as per customer option.
When a customer provides incorrect address and when the package returns to us due to incorrect address, the courier charges has to be born by the customer. Incase the address is updated by the customer after the package dispatch from our office, we will no be able to change when it is in transit, the customer will have to pay the courier charge again to be shipped to right address. For cancellations of returned shipments due to wrong address, the balance after deduction of transit charges will be refunded.
